Living in Winchester City, she balances her love for hosting with her need to recharge, finding joy in nature, cooking, and building meaningful community connections.

She’s a crafty, detail-oriented planner who ensures every event is welcoming and seamless. Based in Berkeley County, WV, Angela loves her hubby, three cats, and fostering an empowering community where everyone feels valued.
Jessica’s bubbly personality and attention to detail keep the Sister Scouts community thriving. A former kindergarten teacher and avid reader, Jessica tracks event attendance, gathers feedback, and ensures every member feels valued. She lives in Frederick County, VA, with her husband and young son, spreading joy wherever she goes.
Tamara LoPresti is a warm and welcoming presence who played a key role in bringing Sister Scouts to life. As cofounder, she helped shape the heart of our mission: connection, empowerment, and community. A proud Jersey girl and avid reader, Tamara lives in Winchester City with her beloved dog and continues to cheer on Sister Scouts as it grows.
